Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and we do our best to be flexible while also respecting everyone’s time. If you need to cancel your session, you may do so free of charge if it’s more than 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made between 12 hours and 1 hour before your session will incur a fee of 10% of the session price. If you cancel less than 1 hour before your session or do not show up, 50% of the session price will be charged. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep things running smoothly!
